We are leading the industry with our state-of-the-art infrastructure in our manufacturing unit, which is spread over a 2,50,000 sq. ft. area. Manufacturing is a very broad term, and it comprises hundreds of processes that are conducted to get the final product out of raw materials. The wide range of processes and the industry's high demands brings complexities to the manufacturing process. MSL coped with all challenges and established the fully capable infrastructure to develop complete customized products for the clients. 

As said earlier, many processes are involved in the manufacturing business. A manufacturing unit's range of processes is enough to reflect its manufacturing capabilities. MSL has 360-degree manufacturing capability that includes, but is not limited to, FRP, Sheet Metal, Welding, Machining, Pipes & Tubes, and Surface treatment processes. Also, it includes seats and valve manufacturing.

Advanced machines enable the MSL to provide customized manufacturing services and products to clients. Other than the basic machinery and equipment, we have advanced machines such as Laser Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting, Auto Butt Welding, Robotic Welding, MIG Welding Stations, etc. 

Research & Development

Turning an idea into a final product that works in the real world has never been easy without Research & Development. At the MSL, we have a dedicated research and development wing that is responsible for the throughput process of research and development that covers the major portion of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). 

Research and development comprise a variety of tasks, like static and dynamic analysis. Facilities like CAD (Computer-aided Design), in-house fixtures, tools & gauges enable the R&D teams to develop 2D & 3D prototypes. Advanced level of product quality planning and thorough inspection and tests are also part of the regular activities of MSL's R&D teams.

This system includes a strict quality control process for production and manufacturing supported by the vast testing facilities at the manufacturing unit.
